In this video, we cover the metrics that you’ll find on your dashboard.
When you log in to the WMS you will always initially land on the dashboard and when you are on other pages of the WMS you can navigate back to the dashboard by clicking on the house icon.
The metrics that you will find on your dashboard are the following
- ASNs Pending Receiving
- Shipped Orders (Last 14 days)
- Orders On Hold
- Damaged Inventory
- Billing Hold
These are updated live and will give you a quick view of your inventory at River Source Logistics. You can click on each of these and they will take you to the main table that the information is pulled from. This is very important for the metrics where you need to review or reach out to us, such as for the Orders On Hold and the Billing Hold
The ASNs Pending Receiving show how many open ASNs/inbound orders expected to arrive at River Source Logistics.
The Shipped Orders (Last 14 days) show the number of orders that have shipped from River Source Logistics in the last 14 days.
The Orders On Hold show you if you have any outbound order that has been placed on hold. These can be placed on hold if the order is missing something such as shipping labels, if there is something we need you to review/edit before we can process the order or if we need to review it further before processing. For these ones, you should click on the metric and open the order to review the notes on why the order is on hold. The order table will show you just the orders on hold. To see all orders on the view again you can click on the down arrow and clear the filter.
The Damaged Inventory shows the number of different SKUs that have some damaged inventory in our warehouse. It doesn’t show how many items total that are damaged just the number of SKUs that have damaged inventory.
The Billing Hold if this metric is more than 0 and red it means that your account with us has been frozen because of an outstanding balance. Orders will not be processed while this remains in effect. If you are unsure about outstanding balances, email billing@riversourcelogistics.com
